Travel Agent: Books flights, hotels, and travel arrangements. Focuses on logistics and reservations.

Destination Wedding Planner: Coordinates the entire wedding - venue, vendors, décor, timeline, guest management, day-of coordination, plus all the travel logistics.

What I do: I'm a Certified Destination Wedding Planner AND a Certified Travel Agent, which means I handle both the wedding (in conjunction with the onsite coordinator) AND all travel arrangements. You get full-service planning from one trusted partner instead of coordinating between multiple people.

The average time recommended for a destination wedding is 12-18 months. Resorts availability fills quickly so the sooner you can began planning, the more likely you will be able to secure a date.

For honeymoons, we recommend at least 6-9 months.

During our free consultation, we will discuss vision and preferred locations. It is a way to get an idea of which services will be best to recommend.

Yes! We utilize a system that will allow qualifying payments for vacations depending on resort and timeframe to travel.

Most resorts require a deposit to secure the wedding date as well as a deposit to secure the room block, should one be desired.

Absolutely! We will work with you to create a proposal of a lifetime. During our consultation, we will gather all details in order to make sure it is truly special for your loved one.

While we have our preferred resorts and vendors, we work with all vendors recommended by the resort.

At this time, we do not offer domestic wedding planning services.
